How to adjust the pressure relief valve group of the concrete pump truck correctly? In the construction process, if the operators move disorderly due to their unclear understanding of the performance of each part of the concrete pump truck, it will easily lead to various faults in the operation of the concrete pump truck, which will bring a lot of inconvenience to the on-site construction. Generally, the regulation of pressure relief valve group, as an essential step in the operation process, also plays an important role in the whole construction process.
1、Overflow valve regulation
When adjusting the pressure relief valve group, first adjust the condition of the overflow valve through the following steps: first loosen the adjusting rod of the superimposed overflow valve under the electromagnetic directional valve on the main valve block, and then tighten all the adjusting rods of the unloading overflow valve on the pressure relief valve group. Remove the electromagnet plug on the main overflow valve, press the positive pump button, then slowly adjust the superimposed overflow valve, observe the reversing pressure gauge, and lock the adjusting rod if the pressure is.
2、Accumulator unloading ball valve regulation
After adjusting the overflow valve, the adjustment of the accumulator unloading ball valve is also very important. The operation steps are as follows: open the accumulator unloading ball valve, loosen all the adjusting rods of the unloading overflow valve, then close the accumulator unloading ball valve, slowly tighten the adjusting rod of the unloading overflow valve, and then observe the condition of the reversing pressure gauge. When the pressure indication is 16MPa, the adjustment can be stopped, Lock the adjustment lever.
3、Regulation rules
In the whole regulation process, because the gear pump is connected with the accumulator, the pressure changes slowly during regulation, and attention should be paid not to be too fast during regulation. After adjustment, plug in the electromagnet plug on the main overflow valve to stop pumping.
