(7) the design of the outlet pipe of the safety valve should consider the certain value of the back pressure not exceeding the safety valve. For example, the back pressure of the common type spring safety valve is not more than 10% of the fixed value of the safety valve;

(8) into the closed system of the safety valve outlet pipe should be 45 degrees along the flow direction of medium pressure relief duct at the top of miter, lest the condensate within the duct pour into the branch, and can reduce the pressure of safety valve;

(9) the safety valve outlet pipe should have a "pocket", the safety valve outlet pipe is long, are advised to set up a certain slope (except dry gas system);

(10) when the discharge pipe of the relief valve is discharged to the atmosphere, it should be noted that the outlet can not be directed to the equipment, the platform, the ladder, the cable and so on.

(11) wet gas pressure relief system in exhaust pipe should not be "a" fluid, the safety valve installation height should be higher than the pressure relief system. If the outlet of the relief valve is lower than the pressure relief pipe or the discharge tube needs to be raised to the general pipe, it should be located at the low point easily.

(12) when the shut-off valve on the inlet pipe of the safety valve is equipped with shut-off valve, single gate valve should be selected and lead Fengkai should be installed. The valve stem should be installed horizontally, so that the slide plate can not slide up, so that the slide plate will slide down when the pin or valve plate is connected with the pin. When the safety valve with bypass valve, the valve should be sealed off.
