The principle of maintenance during valve operation is as follows:
1 Keep the outside of the valve and the active part clean and protect the integrity of the valve paint. The surface of the valve, the trapezoidal thread on the stem and stem nut, the sliding portion of the stem nut and the bracket, and the gears, worm gears and other components are likely to deposit a lot of dirt, oil, dirt, and other residues on the media, causing wear and corrosion to the valve. Therefore, you should always keep the valve clean. The general dust on the valve is suitable for brush sweeping and compressed air purging, and can even be scrubbed with a copper wire brush until the processing surface and mating surface show a metallic luster, and the paint surface shows the true nature of the paint. Steam trap should be specially responsible, at least once per shift; regularly open the flush valve and steam trap at the bottom silk plug flushing, or regularly disassembled to flush, so as to prevent dirt from clogging the valve.
2 Keep valve lubrication, valve trapezoidal thread, stem nut and the sliding part of the bracket, bearing position, gear and worm gear meshing parts and other joint activities require good lubrication conditions, reduce friction between each other, to avoid mutual wear . For parts that do not have oil cups or nipples and that are easily damaged or lost during operation, the lubrication system should be repaired and the lubrication system must be repaired.
Lubrication parts should be regularly refueled according to specific conditions. Frequently opened, high-temperature valves are suitable for intervals of one week to one month; infrequently opened, low-temperature valves can have longer refueling cycles. Lubricant organic oil, butter, molybdenum disulfide and graphite. Oil is not suitable for high-temperature valves; butter is not very suitable, and they are lost due to high temperature melting. The high temperature valve is suitable for adding molybdenum disulfide and rubbing graphite powder. Exposure to the outside of the lubrication parts, such as trapezoidal thread, between the teeth and other parts if you use butter and other oils, easily contaminated with dust, and the use of molybdenum disulfide and graphite powder lubrication is not easy to contaminate the dust and lubrication effect is better than butter, graphite powder is not easy Apply directly, use a little oil or water to adjust the paste to use.
Oil-filled, sealed plug valves should be filled with oil for a specified period of time, otherwise they are susceptible to wear and leakage.
3 Keep two complete and intact. The bolts of flanges and brackets should be complete and fully buckled. No looseness is allowed. The tightening nut on the hand wheel should be tightened in time to avoid wearing the joint or losing the hand wheel. After the handwheel is lost, it is not allowed to replace the handwheel with a flap. It should be promptly filled. Packing pressure difference does not allow skew or no pre-tightening gap. In the environment that is easily contaminated by rain, snow, dust, and other dirt, the valve stem must be equipped with a protective cover. The scale on the valve should remain intact and accurate. Valve seals, caps, pneumatic accessories, etc. should be complete and complete. The insulation jacket should be free from dents and cracks.
In addition, it is not allowed to tap, support heavy objects or stand on the valve to avoid contaminating the valve and damaging the valve. In particular, non-metallic mesh doors and cast iron valves are even more forbidden.
Maintain the daily maintenance of the electric device. The maintenance of electric devices is generally not less than once a month. Maintenance contents include: appearance should be clean, no dust accumulation, the device is not contaminated by soda, oil; sealing surface, points should be solid and tight. No leakage phenomenon; Lubrication parts should be refueled according to regulations, Valve Xuan nuts should be greased; Electrical parts should be intact, no phase failures, automatic switches and thermal relays should not trip, indicating light is correct.
